Instrumentals
Today's post is brought to you by the Chrissy B Train. He has been calling attention to the fact that there are no where near enough instrumentals these days. Turn up the speakers folks and give a listen.... I think he might be on to something.
In Ironic news: Air purifier causes smog. (Stupid LA)
In other news... Why are we always so concerned about curing cancer in mice. Won't someone think of the humans.

First, if you reread the article, there was a correction :
"This article in its original form was inaccurate. The study involved two types of air purifiers, those commonly called ionic and those that employ a process called ozonolysis. Only those using ozonolysis were found to contribute to ozone levels that can in some cases exceed air quality standards. “Ionic air purifiers do emit ozone,” said lead researcher Sergey Nizkorodov, a chemistry professor the University of California, Irvine. But he added that “none of the ionic air purifiers produce enough ozone when they are used properly to exceed smog alerts.”
So the ionic type of air purifiers are safe. The ones that use the
ozonolysis process are the ones that are prone to this type of condition.
Sadly this article has been passed around a lot on the net, w/o the correction.
